Today is Worldwide Release Day!

July 27, 2026, marks the official publication of Pismo Beach Sniper, Book Three in the Thad Hanlon & Bri de la Guerra Mystery Series!
 

When I first started writing my surfing detective series, it was only a dream.
 

Now, three books into the series, I’m reminded that dreams really can come true.

But dreams don’t come true without a lot of work and a lot of people willing to help make them happen. There were revisions, followed by more revisions, followed by even more revisions. There were fellow writers willing to give me honest feedback, beta readers who helped me see what I couldn’t, and an editor who believed in my work.

A huge shout-out to my League of Utah Writers critique group, my wonderful beta readers, and my amazing, multi-talented editor at The Wild Rose Press, Lea Schizas. Lea not only knows how to take a story and make it publication-ready, but she also creates eye-catching covers to boot!

But the most important members of my team were the people who believed I could write in the first place.
 

I’ve dedicated Pismo Beach Sniper to my three adult children, who put up with me chasing a dream that took more than forty years to accomplish.
 

Thank you, Justin, Nate, and Kristen. You are the true story of my life.
